At Laxmi Fabrics, we strive to provide the highest quality fabrics and exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to damaged or defective items, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: Items eligible for return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition:
- Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.
- The fabric must be uncut, unused, and in its original condition.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer support team at laxmisuits70@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- Photos of the damaged or defective fabric for verification
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Refund Process
- Inspection: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to damage or defects, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If not, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Exclusions
- Custom-cut fabrics, remnants, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
- General dissatisfaction with color, texture, or slight variations (due to display settings or natural fabric characteristics) is not considered a valid reason for return.
