b) Request a refund for the unavailable item.
2. Shipping Costs

3. Returns
3.1 Warranty Returns
We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 14 days of receiving the items.
- Customers must prepay return shipping, but we will reimburse the cost upon approval of the warranty claim.
- Warranty claims will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
- For approved warranty claims, you can choose between:
a) Refund to your payment method.
b) Refund as store credit.
c) Replacement of the item (subject to availability).
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Transit Times
Domestic orders typically take 2–7 business days for delivery.
4.2 International Transit Times
International orders generally take 4–22 business days, depending on the selected courier. A more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Times
- Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours (excluding national holidays).
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
Delivery address changes can be made any time before the order is dispatched.
4.5 Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier services are not available for these addresses.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses via USPS but not through courier services.
4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is unavailable, in-stock items will be shipped immediately, and the remaining items will be shipped once restocked.
4.8 Delayed Delivery
If your delivery exceeds the estimated time, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the courier.
5. Tracking Notifications

6. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is damaged during transit:
- Please reject the parcel if possible and notify our customer service team immediately.
- If you receive a damaged parcel in your absence, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for further assistance.

9.1 Damaged Parcels
We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation into the damage claim.
9.2 Lost Parcels
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
